Saw two people looking a bit strung out wandering Milwaukee by the 7-11 this morning, one turned around after passing me to follow me, then started talking to a mom and her two young kids and was following them before mom went into a coffee shop.
Posting for safety awareness, not a reason to complain about people in the neighborhood.

My landlord sent me a new lease document for 6/1 with a $110 rent increase. They’ve made no improvements to the building and I’ve lived there for 8 years. Is this legal? Can I ask why the rent is being increased so much? Usually they at least text me about my lease and increases but this was just the rental agreement via docusign.
