porting issue
I've just tried to port out of verizon and into tracfone, with everything going well until they canceled my port request and want me to contact an agent for more info. It's after hours so I'm a bit stuck for now, but I was wondering if this was normal at all or if I'm gonna have a hard time when I call in the morning..:(
edit: apparently verizon had added a line lock so I had to undo that. just ported out another line about 3 months ago and there wasn't one so I didn't think to recheck. problem now is he's saying it won't add my service plan. he claimed that my number was successfully ported to their system but he had to escalate a support ticket for my service and it'll be 24-48 hours. so I'm stuck with no service at all until then and now I'm worried about losing my number bc what if he's lying or misinformed about my number?
