Hi

I know this must have been asked a number of times, but after a search I didn't find any answers.

Evri left the parcel on the street at about 7pm outside my closed shop, when I got there in the morning it was gone.

I have reported it to the police and got a crime reference number, Evri have emailed to say they acknowledge it was left outside and in all probability stolen.

Aliexpress just keep sending me round in circles, I report it and upload the information they ask, a week goes by and nothing happens. I have reported it to both customer support and the seller.

Evri says Aliexpress need to resolve it.

Can anyone offer real world experience of who I need to speak to or how I resolve this?

The parcel was worth £78 so I am not just letting it go.

I set up Nuvio a few hours ago, copied over the manifest links for Torrentio and AIOStreams that I have set up for Stremio.

Watched a couple of tv shows and checked a few films, all seemed good.

Have tried to watch Happy Death Day 2017, and whilst there are loads of streams on Stremio, there are none showing on Nuvio.

I use Real Debrid and Debridio.

Can anyone help with troubleshooting this please.

update After going into Addons and selecting Refresh Addons I now have 1 stream using AIOstreams, nothing from Torrentio.
