Missing product refund
So I bought 13 items from savana few dress a purse and a earring set when I received it the packaging was intact and I unboxed everything and that’s when I remembered I dont see any earrings at that moment I took the pics and reached out to the customer care and said they’ll reach out to me via an email
I’ll attach it below they said they won’t refund and I seriously lost my cool anyways they refunded the amt in savana wallet and I reordered the earrings again and I finally got it yesterday
NB: I know I shouldn’t talk to anyone like this but when the corporate do you wrong you should call them names they’re alr overpricing everything and looting us 🙏🏻
