Does anyone have any ideas why this would be surging? It also doesn't want to start unless the choke is on, and it seems to die when the throttle is below 30%.

Soooo, in my tired and sleep deprived state, I neglected to refresh my memory on the max cargo limit of the trailer cart.

I made 4 trips filled with 9 80lb sacks of concrete, and it was a champ! Zero issues.

10 80lb sacks however ...
