I recently purchased a Samsung S26 Ultra online through a trade-in promotion. I selected Assurant to send me a shipping kit so I could return my trade-in device. However, it appears the shipping kit has been lost in transit, and I currently have no way to generate a shipping label to send the device myself.

I contacted Spectrum customer support, but they advised me to wait until the shipping kit arrives. In the meantime, I’ve filed a complaint with USPS, and they are investigating the issue. Unfortunately, I’m concerned the kit may not be located within the required timeframe.

I’m reaching out here to understand what options I have to ensure I can still take advantage of the promotion.
