At about the 5 month mark of ownership the UV emitter in my arkpro ultra dropped to about 30% output and was filled with artifacts. The warranty claim went quickly and Olight had a new one in the mail to me the day after they received my old one.

While I am disappointed that I had to use the warranty in the first year of ownership of a $100 flashlight, the warranty process was easy and simple.
