Found at a thrift shop in Osaka, Japan! Little paintings?

hi everyone! i found this little box of tiny images. they have openings so they almost seem to be envelopes? each has a painting on one side and some words on the other. google translate is failing me. we found them in Osaka at a thrift store. any ideas on what they are?

edit: adding images of front back of all of them

help reading crumb!

hellooooo i have done some of my best loaves but im having trouble reading the crumb and would love help! i used some guides and pics online and still couldn’t tell.

200g bread flour
50g golden whole wheat flour
182g water
5g salt
30-40g starter

autolyse starter, water, flour for 30 mins
add salt and S+F
2 more sets of S+F every half hour
bulk ferment 12 hours (temp of dough was around 74deg)
shape and into the fridge
bake at 450F for 35 mins covered, then 415F for 8 mins uncovered

i THINK it’s overproved but when i did the poke test after shaping it sprang back so fast? and there’s some tunneling at the top?

help is appreciateddddd
