I've paid the admission and security fees online but they haven't confirmed if my seat is confirmed and my empower hasn't updated either it still shows "admission offered"

I got my acceptance but idk when the deadline to pay is and they've asked for the same submission of documents I gave to them while filling up my admission form while also not stating where I should submit them.

For a month or two my left knees been feeling weak and had a small amount of main when jumping without warmup or bending knees after id jump. Now after playing football I have random sharp knee pain on my left knee towards the bottom right. It only happens if I try to balance on one leg or I push my knee out or inwards. Is this something to worry about?
