Full day of food for my lady

Today she is 11 months old!!! wtf. Anyway she has started eating really well in the last 5 weeks or so. Still gags and vomits on things like toast but I’m sure we’ll get there eventually. This is what she ate today alongside 28oz of milk. (The second picture is not from today bc I forgot to take one but she had the same thing)

Breakfast; ready brek overnight oats I meal prepped with strawberries. Demolished

Lunch; leftover salmon rice and mayo with avocado. DESTROYED

Dinner: coconut curry with sweet potato, carrot, tomato, onion, peas, peppers and spinach. Blended and served over white rice with avocado.

I love cooking healthy food for her. I want her to grow up eating really well and live until she’s 100 😭

Baby’s first curry!

Little lady’s favourite dinner is ‘’wet chicken’’ (roast chicken and gravy for example lol) so I thought she would enjoy a curry and she did! It was a bit too mild for me but dad enjoyed it too. She loves rice and finds it easy to shovel into her mouth (will not accept a spoon being brought anywhere near her). Next time I would add more veg. Her entire face was orange after this lol

Breakfast for my 7 month old

We’re on one meal a day right now and still 40 oz of breastmilk. Really struggling to get more solid food into her! I’d like to move on to more mashed/ finger foods soon. We’re working on a slow intro to eggs after a reaction, there is a sponge finger crumbled up in her yogurt as per the doctor’s advice.
So, breakfast is Greek yog and a strawberry, and chicken, sweet potato and carrot puree I made. The banana made her barf 😵‍💫
