i bought this 24” pro series frame ~12 years ago and was wondering if anyone knew where these forks came from. got them separate and i couldn’t find what year they might be from. i’m almost certain this doesn’t match the ‘95 frame. thanks!!!

dumb question - wanting to change the 14T sprocket but what do i need to get this lockring off?
