Follow up from playtime to season rank question: Results
Hi all,
For those curious about how, generally, play time correlates to season rank I’ve plotted the results to date from the original post. Legend: orange line is the 1:1 line. Green line is the average performance (assuming a linear relationship), with the light green bands being the 90% prediction band. Green circles are individual player data that included both hours played and season rank in their replies. Major grid interval is 100, and Minor grid axes are intervals of 20.
I did not design the question to understand the nuances of idle time, rook vs shell time, play-style, non-ranked vs ranked. So we can only really understand how the total play time correlates to season rank. Hope this was interesting! Thank you for everyone who responded!

I’ve just got rank 53 and I’m sitting at 75 hours (only really started to figure out how to play the game after the first 24 or so as this is my first extraction shooter). Was wondering if anyone else cares to share their data (current rank, time played). Obviously everyone goes through faster and slower periods but I’m not trying to get too granular yet-so a coarse average will do. Thanks for your help Runnahs!
