sweet potato brownie

recipe:

one mushed sweet potato (boil it until it becomes soft), 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of honey/syrup, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of baking powder, 6 tablespoons of all purpose flour, 3 tablespoons of cocoa

put the ingredients in the order i specified above in one bowl then mix them all together with a hand mixer to smoothen your mixture then add around half a cup of dark chocolate chips. after you’re done, put it in a medium mold (sprinkle some chocolate chips on top like I did) and bake at 170 (preheated) for around 20-24 minutes

calories per piece: if cut into 14 pieces, one piece would be around 90 calories.

this is my second time making this and oh my god it’s so so delishhh

edit: no you can’t actually taste the sweet potato in it at all so dw about that

body recomp: why do i feel fat even tho i look slimmer

I’ve been weight lifting 3 times a week for around 9 weeks now along with two cardio days (~2hrs). for the past two weeks I’ve been feeling so fat idk what’s happening to my body. i do eat enough protein and a whole lot of fiber but im confused if i should increase my deficit to drop the weight? and genuinely wondering of all places why is it im seeing progress in my glutes first? wallah it’s frustrating i need some help from a girl or anyone who knows if this process is normal before seeing actual results

genuinely didn’t know one framers could be this fun to play with. also im improving a lot faster than i thought yaay. next step is to incorporate mographs

pheww I’ve been looking for the melt slide effect for so long and i was finally able to figure it out today. im very satisfied with how it turned out.

p.s i believe mographs will force you to be creative (aside from the fact they look super cool in edits) which is why i wanna take this long awaited step in my next edit
