Can I still file a case if my account wasn't a business account?
My instagram was banned for CSE on June 23rd and my appeals were obviously not approved. I've emailed instagram support, fb support and meta but nothing has come out of it and I fear I wont be getting a response soon.
My account was honestly just a personal account that I have stored a lot of memories and archives in that are no longer on my phone, it also took down my Facebook account that my parents have made for me since I was really young, since it was connected to one another, and I'm really upset since I sent a lot of photos and have stored a lot of memories on there that I won't be to get anywhere else anymore.
I have never interacted, exploited, searched for nor solicited any CSAM material and my current suspicions are someone reporting my account out of jealousy or because the pfp I used was a picture of me from when I was a toddler.
So genuine question! Can I still file a lawsuit if my account was a personal account and how? Also I am just 18 years old and have no idea about the legal system so any advice is appreciated.
