Google Fi is not customer friendly anymore
I haven't paid my bill in 2 days since I had a huge doctor bill clean out my bank account. I plan on paying it tomorrow which is before the deadline. They have been attempting to charge my card every 60 minutes for the past two days! They are like the Mafia and they want their money now!
Google has been on this downward slope in my opinion and they aren't trying to make it any better. I used to get free stuff from Google which made me feel good about being a "fanboy" but nowadays they just piss me off.
If they would just allow me to change my payment date they would see that I'm not trying to avoid paying my bill. Usually when I'm going to be late on a bill I just change the autopay date and both parties are happy. Once I'm caught up on my bills again I'm done with Google Fi. They treat us customers like we are peasants and I'm fed up.
