What kind/brand of typewriter is this and how do I fix it?

So I got this typewriter from my grandparents, my grandpa (70) used it when he was in school in northern Norway as a kid, but he cant remember the brand or anything else about it. And I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out what it's called and if it's common/rare and so on.

It's also broken, with the ribbon only on one side, clearly having broken apart in the middle and it's completely missing from one side. Is it possible or even worth it to try and fix it?
