i use the virtual machine feature on windows 11 home edition and it was working nicely until I had to do the toefl test exam and they asked me to close the "vmwp.exe" on the task manager and unable machine virtualization on windows features

i have finished my exam with them, undownloaded their program, and now i am having issues with re-enabling the virtual machine feature; it doesn't work

i rebooted my windows 11 and i still have the same issue: i click to enable the feature again and it just stays forever loading (fixed %) and never finishes

does someone know how to fix this? i can't work since yesterday because of this, its driving me nuts

i did the toefl ibt today and during my reading section the proctor started talking to me and not only freaked me out but said something was wrong so i stopped the test to try to figure it out and i lost 7 minutes and a lot of reading questions.

she was basically talking to someone else and not me and didnt mind letting me know.
i got a screwed up reading score and got super angry throughout the rest of the test.

i just need a b2 score which i think i would get. does it help in any way complaining for this bullshit?

i almost cried during the exam because the proctor screwed up the easiest part and didnt provide any help.
