I bought a moog sound studio on reverb on the morning of the 27th. Not even a minute later it said that there’s a tracking number, I paid for shipping so I assumed they had already bought a label for it. I send them a message saying I’m excited for the package, 2 days later and usps still says it’s awaiting the package. I send another message asking for an update or if there was a delay—Nothing. So I figured I’d wait a little longer. Finally today, June 1st, still nothing. USPS says they’re still waiting for the package. I sent the seller another message asking if they had dropped it off and usps was just being weird, but still nothing. No response or anything. I’m at a loss, it’s been 5 days now and absolutely nothing heard, radio silent. I contacted reverb asking if they could message the seller or do anything, cause I don’t want a refund I genuinely want the product. I’m just so frustrated, why do people do this?
