Looking for an ortho instrument

I am looking for aortho instrument that our ortho surgeon just asked about that i have never seen. It looks like a Freer on one end but the other has a blunt hook. He said it is for moving/freeing tendon. Unfortunately the only image he has was from a video demonstrating the technique and they do not name it or show a good image of the istruments.

Edit: After doing some searching the closest thing I have found seems to be a scoville nerve hook/dissector but it seems too long at around 12 inches and the handle was round in the image.

Need help getting started

I am a 40 year old man and I just recently started going to the gym and I'm not really sure what I should be doing. I have been using the boostcamp app but it is hard to find a routine that I can doat my gym. The one I'm going to only has dumbbells and some machines so I made this list based on what I can do there. My biggest concern is if I have too many redundant exercises. I also dont know if this is a good split for the days or if I should mix them together to make each day more of a total body thing.

Day 1

Machine chest press 4x10

Lateral pulldown 3x12

Seated row 3x10

Dumbbell bench pullover 3x12

Incline dumbbell press 3x10

Dumbbell row 3x10

Back extension 3x12

Day 2

Preacher curl 3x12

Triceps extension 3x12

Machine shoulder press 3x12

Hammer curl 3x10

In line curl 3x12

Lateral raise 3x12

Chest fly 3x12

Day 3

Leg curl 3x12

Leg press 3x10

Leg extension 4x10

Dumbbell deadlift 3x10

Straight Leg calf raise 3x15

Bulgarian split squats 4x10
