I occasionally see houses for sale in that neighborhood and I like that it has sidewalks and I can definitely see my future kids playing outside without worrying about cars too much. But crime maps often show that area as not being that safe. Any input from those familiar with the area would be greatly appreciated!

Are queer people welcome? What does the HOA cover and how strict is it? Any information would be helpful

My husband and I are considering moving to Apple Valley, but we've heard it's pretty republican, which I know doesn't always mean anti-queer, but you never know. Are there any areas of Apple Valley where queer people might not be welcome or accepted in? Thanks!
