ccs exam — is ahima's prep book worth it?

hi guys! i graduated from my medical coding program last month and i've been studying for the ccs with ahima's 16th edition prep book. just wanted to know if it was a good tool to use/if the questions on the exam are similar as i'm extremelyyy nervous about taking this test and overthinking EVERYTHING lol. thanks in advance!!

stopped lexapro cold turkey.. and i regret it.

hiii all. i was on 5mg of lexapro for roughly 49 days. i decided to stop taking it because i felt like it wasn't really doing much for me and i didn't want to up my dose, so i talked to my doctor about it on friday and she advised that i could just stop taking it all together because i wasn't on it for too long and it was a low dose. she also said that at most i would just get a "minor" headache and that is the farthest thing from the truth. my head has been pounding since monday and the dizziness? ridiculous. it comes and it goes, but when it does hit, i'm laid out in the bed for the rest of the day. the room spins during these dizzy spells too and it's the worst feeling ever. i didn't think coming off of such a low dose would make me feel so off... and it's crazy because i didn't even experience ANY symptoms when i first started taking it, which this was my first time taking an ssri 😭 the way that im feeling has me scared and i genuinely regret stopping. i'd rather be on the meds and it not do anything than go through what i'm dealing with now
