i’ve been doing nasals for 2 weeks at 600mcg total per day. i get very slight nausea, but other than that, i take it fine. i wasn’t getting the color i wanted after the end of 2 weeks, so i decided to start pinning. i the absorption is much stronger for pinning so i did 200mcg for the first pin - oh my god i was throwing up for 2 days. is this normal? do i need to go back down to 50 pinning? also, for anyone wondering, simple peptides sells a nasal solution to reconstitute which makes it super simple. anyways, any advice appreciated. i take claritin before pinning and zofran for the nausea but that didn’t make a dent in how sick i was.
