Happy Sunday! BBQ in the Park, at Clubview Park, is in 6 days!

Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 12-3pm

Location:

Clubview Park, 185 S. Clubview Drive

Ypsilanti Township, MI 48197

Food available:

Burgers and hotdogs with condiments and buns

Some ice cold canned beverages

Food restrictions:

As nobody has yet to indicate being vegetarian or any known allergies, no alternates have been planned into the budget. If you do need an alternative of some kind, please let me know ASAP. 

Also if you would like to cook or bring anything, please let me know as well so I can include it on the list.

Music: 

DJ Chef, a turntable deck, and sound speakers will be on site. Music will not be vulgar. If you would also like to DJ, let me know what song setlist you're thinking. Our main DJ loves to B2B, but wants to know this in advance to prepare.

Restrooms: 

No restrooms on site unfortunately.

Weather: 

A light chance of rain may occur but this does not yet seem to be impactful. We still plan on this event at this time. In the event of sunny skies, we will have sunblock and water on site.

Activities: 

This one is still TBD and another update will come in the following days.

RSVP:

If you are still aiming to attend, please confirm here (you can simply reply “RSVP YES 1” or if you are inviting guests/friends, indicate total people with “RSVP YES 3”, for example). I will not count you if you do not confirm in some clear manner.
