I just finished a battle in which Karlach happened to die, she was downed and I couldn’t reach her with healing before she died. Obviously when my Tav was done screaming I whipped out a scroll of revivify and brought her back. Reminded me once again how utterly preposterous it is to suggest that there’s simply nothing that can be done to save her from her engine combusting at the end, short of returning to Avernus. There is magic available that is strong enough to raise the dead, not just as undead but return them to the living. Scrolls of revivify are usable IN THE GAME, and other spells exist.
