hi friends! I just got my backing and batting for my Inky quilt and I really want to hand quilt it with an ocean waves all over pattern like the designer did here. does anyone have any tips for how to do this by hand? I’m struggling to find the right words to put into google to help me out or to even get close enough to the image to get a clear idea of how all the swirls go together.

does this design have a specific name I can dig into? or does anyone have any general tips on tackling something like this? should I just stick to something more simple if I’m not going to get it long armed?

hi everyone I need help with fixing a big error. I messed up understanding how the different pages go together and I ended up with a 3-row swath of repeat stitches at the top of the bottom right section. I think my options are to add 3 rows to the last page at the top (which would require a ton of creativity that I don’t think I’m ready for) or to frog the whole bottom right section. Is there a third option I’m missing? if not, how should I go about frogging that many stitches? is there a nice way or do I just have to suck it up and do it?
