Training load seems poorly affected

I worked out for an hour and a half yesterday (one of my longest and highest-intensity workout days in weeks) and my training load shows “steady”. I usually workout 3 times a week for about 30 min (not including walks). Am I missing something? It’s discouraging to have worked so hard and not see movement in my load. I know a lot of you on here are saying to yourself “who cares it’s just a graph” but it really does help to keep me motivated. But this is unmotivating af.

Scheduled tasks won't run (run now disabled?)

My scheduled tasks in cowork on the claude app for Mac are acting up today. The run now option is grayed out and clicking it does nothing, so i can't trigger a manual run. And the edit menu opens, but the save button is also grayed out so I can't make any changes.

I'm on the Max plan, not on a VPN, and my claude app is updated to the latest version.

I tried quitting and restarted the app, and logging out and back in. No run is currently in progress on the task.

I was also signed in on a second Mac starting yesterday; but have since logged out of that one and the controls are still grayed out

The tasks themselves are still visible in the Scheduled section of the sidebar, but I can't run them. This is the case for all 4 of my scheduled tasks. My main (email triage) task did not run today due to my laptop not being on. But that's usually not a problem and it runs as soon as im on for the day. Not sure what happened but it just won't run today.

Anyone else?

This happened before about 2 weeks ago. Idk how often it happens because I only notice if I’m awake during it. It’s not super loud in my room but when playing from cameras throughout the house, it’s loudest in the loft.

The video shows the loft first, then the office right across from it. The the loft again from the time two weeks ago.

I ended up calling an HVAC technician to take a look at our system since there’s an air inlet in the loft. I thought maybe blower fan kicking on or getting stuck. He said everything looked completely fine.

This is now the second time I’ve heard the exact same sound. My cameras downstairs catch nothing so it’s not outdoors. It starts with a mechanical whirring type sound, followed by a loud bang, followed by a final whirring sound identical to the first one.

Any idea what this could be?

Context:

Our house was built in 2021

The cameras are mounted to the wall, so if the sound is coming from inside the walls/attic, it might explain the volume sounding loud on camera but not very loud hearing it from my room maybe 30 feet away.

Nothing fell, we checked the whole house.
