When my blood sugar gets to 9.9 after really sugary food white toast & lager ( I am on holiday) it's starts to level and drop. What does this mean

When my blood sugar gets to 9.9 after really sugary food white toast & lager ( I am on holiday) it's starts to level and drop. What does this mean? It used to spike much higher than this. I am assuming these spikes are still bad even if they are in the green zone?

Is sitting for longer than 5 mins and deep breathing cheating? When I do this my blood pressure is up to 20 points less but I wanted to know if it is cheating the test? This is using a standard cuff BP monitor.

Does Diabetes go away without significant weight loss?

Is it possible to reverse diabetes without losing weight?

I have lost about 3kg down from 124kg to 121kg. I have cut out all refined sugar (as much as practicable) I am living better and excersizing. My GGM results are very good. I have an A1C of 6.1 and dropping further. The results have been over 2 separate CGMs. Are they likely to be real or is something else going on?
