I recently moved to a new country and forgot the one thing I've been using for the past 20 years - a no guard double edged razor; the one that is compatible with Wilkinson / Astra / Minora blades.

For the life of me i cannot find a doubled edged, no guard razor!!! Not even on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.....nowhere!!!

What happened to the world of shaving? Did everyone just went straight to safety or guarded razors over the last 20 years?

Am I missing something? Where can I find a DE unguarded razor that is not over $200!!! WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE!!! I paid $10 for my 20 year old shaver and yes it has gorilla tape around the handle.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Do I buy a specific razor and break the guards off?
