Hey yall.

Heavily considering picking up a ‘19 Turbo 6-speed. Clean history, no major work done. About 50k miles. I don’t know anything about these cars but I’m planning to use it as a commuter; I commute about 80 miles round trip daily.

Reliable as a comfortable daily? Anything I need to watch out for?

I currently daily either a high mileage Jag or a 40 year old truck. Both have their faults and I’m looking for something relatively trouble-free to commute in. Give me the good, bad and ugly.

Today I learned drivers sometimes stay at hotels instead of their RVs/Haulers. My parents go to a lot of races and this is a first for them. And not a ritzy hotel either, just a standard place. They said he was very approachable and talked to them for a bit while he was grabbing breakfast.

Good reminder that these guys are regular dudes, just like the rest of us. Anyone else have similar stories?
