Calling all Futurama fans! I'm looking for the episode number and/or title with this specific scene:

Either immediately following the opening titles, or maybe after a cut from a scene, the show jumps to Bender sitting in a chair, on fire, flailing and screaming. There is no lead-in or explanation for why this is happening, but the crew runs over and puts him out with fire extinguishers, then he immediately lights a cigar and casually smokes.
