The one on the left. Five months after my surgery. Notice the absence of a stem. It is my understanding that a stem is not there because of the existence of the ACL And PCL in the space so the attachment methodology is very different. But I still have all my ligaments. I don't know if there is a causal relationship but I had no post surgery pain.
