A couple weeks ago I got email from someone at Ziply.com claiming to be my "dedicated Ziply Fiber contact", checking in to see how my service is going etc.

It looks legit, mail headers match etc.

I do have a longstanding issue with my Ziply billing-related emails going to the wrong address, and I've never been able to get it sorted out, so I thought this might be another way to work it.

However, no one responded further after I replied initially, and I sent a followup email this week with no response to that message either.

Is this email a genuine attempt at customer outreach and support, or simply marketing?
