Hello, I urgently need a lawyer suggestion for real estate issues.

Situation:

My brother-in-law filed for divorce and is claiming the two property as family property. Those two properties were paid fully with my mother's money and were put in trust to brother-in-law and my sister, to reduce tax and give it back after. So their names are on the deed. Unfortunately as asian families, we didnt write any documentation, it was all verbal. We always lived together in those two houses.

What type of lawyer does my mom need and any recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you
