Do people actually prefer die-cut over sticker sheets?

I always end up choosing die-cut stickers because they just look nicer on laptops and water bottles, but sticker sheets are way more convenient when you want a bunch of smaller designs together. Sheets also feel less wasteful sometimes. Curious what most people here prefer because I keep switching between both.

What Actually Makes a Custom Sticker Design Look Good?

I’ve noticed the best custom stickers are usually the simple ones, not the super crowded designs with too much text or tiny details nobody can see. Good colors, clean lines, and a shape that matches the design make a huge difference. Also depends where you’re using them laptop stickers can be more fun and bold, while packaging stickers look better with cleaner branding. Matte vs glossy finish changes the whole vibe too. And if the sticker quality itself is bad, even the coolest design ends up looking cheap after a few weeks.
