Lead Generation (Hiring-WFH-Commission)
What this is:
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around the internet and isn’t afraid to talk to people!
You’ll be posting vehicles on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader etc. then handling incoming messages and helping turn those conversations into real sales that will get you paid!
This is commission-based so the more you put in, the more you get out. Some people treat this like a side hustle, others run it up full-time.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Posting listings using one or more active online accounts (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram etc.)
Responding to messages + inquiries
Talking to buyers over text + occasionally phone calls
Passing leads / coordinating with our team to close deal
What we‘d like from you:
You have an active Facebook account (or other social media)
You’re comfortable messaging + talking to people (even if you’re shy I’ll coach you!)
You’re self-motivated, consistent and aren’t afraid to hear “no”.
Have WhatsApp (our group chat is here!)
Big plus if:
You’re into cars / know basic vehicle
You’ve sold anything before (Marketplace, retail, whatever)
You‘re already active online!
No experience needed because we’ll show you how everything works. But if you’ve done sales before, you’ll probably do really well.
Pay:
Commission-based; $250+ CAD per lead that ends in sale + weekly bonuses paid via E-transfer.
