I joined on one of the last days of his event and I couldn't get him. I already have the other ring IDs, but I've heard Outis isn't worth using. After sharding KK Heathcliff and Ishmael, should i shard someone to replace Outis, or focus on building another team?

Are they important? If they are, do the support IDs change based on the status or another criteria? What are the better all rounder support IDs?
