it’s gonna be a good day boys!

Hey guys, we have been living in this private building for a number of years.

The landlord hasn’t been the best. Dragging his feet to get things fixed. Plus he seemed to have moved a tenant into the basement of the building that basically just smokes weed and stinks up the building. We have complained and spoken to him but nothing happens.

Recently the plug in our bathtub broke. after weeks of trying to get it fixed. he managed to send someone out. They installed the wrong plug. Eventually after another number of weeks, he sent out another guy who finally fixed it.

He is now asking us to pay the invoice for over 400CHF.

My wife and myself are taken a bit back. He says that it’s misuse of the bathtub plug. We believe it’s just age. And how the hell can it cost 400CHF to just replace the plug!

We have had enough of this guy. What are options and what can we do?
