Hi so my dad got xm5s for free from his work and he doesn't use them so I took them and it was working for abt two weeks until today morning when suddenly while it was working when anc was enabled some ringing noise started in the right ear. Chatgpt hasn't helped and I don't want to tell my dad just yet because he told me not to break them pls help.

Edit: I fixed it. If anyone is going through same problem go to the Sony app and then the menu then initialize settings and initialize it to default settings.
