I’m looking to start a coffee shop with a friend. Probably both invest about 100k and focus on specialty bakery items and coffee.

The location has a drive through and has a decent size sitting area with a good sized kitchen. Rent would be approximately 5k per month (if my math is correct).

The road sees about 80k vehicles travel on it in a week and is within a half mile of the highway.

Neither of us have any experience in owning a business or working at a coffee shop. What some things I should be concerned about when starting? How quickly will I see success (if successful)?
