495lb squat from last week
Also did a 350lb bench and 595lb deadlift during my test week. Lifts have been feeling pretty good lately tbh excited to push for more

Affordable auto rust-proofing?
I'm looking to get a rust-proof undercoating on my car for the upcoming winter. Ziebart in Middleburg Heights quoted me at $1000 for the initial application and $100 per year afterwards for reapplication which is outside my price range.
Anyone know of anywhere that can apply it cheaper? I'm in Old Brooklyn but willing to drive a bit.
