Odd wake up/sleep cycle?

28, F
since i was about 25-26 i've been waking up every 2-3 hours, then staying awake for 2-3 hours, and go back to sleep.
so i will go to bed at 10pm
wake up at 1am
fall back asleep by 4am
wake up at 6:30am
*sometimes* i'll go back to sleep around 8 and wake up at 10 but that's just on "bad sleep days".

ETA: i forgot to ask the questions lol, does anyone know what causes this? has anyone else experienced it in mid-late 20s?
my psych says it's a trauma response but my trauma happened like 20 years ago, unsure why it would pop up now

alcohol?

so i haven't had more than one drink at a time maybe 4 times total since starting strattera. yesterday i had half of a vodka lemonade at chilis and was pouring sweat, feeling like i was woozy and about to pass out. it wasn't an intoxicated feeling, but an "im going down" feeling. kinda similar to heat exhaustion.

well i have a party that im obligated to on the 23rd that im very nervous about; therefore i may be having 2-3 drinks.

my question is: should i stop taking strattera the day before if i plan on drinking?
are the EXTREME hot flashes normal?
AND are they co related?

Sleepiness advice?

So, i started at 25, up to 40, up to 80, then down to AM 40 mg & 25 mg PM.
the split dose i'm on now, they make me feel productive and my task initiation has improved by about 50% and executive function drastically improved.
the last week or so i have been falling asleep almost immediately after taking my morning dose (im not tired in the AM).
i can't tolerate caffeine but is there anything i can do to stop the sleepiness? it doesn't feel like it even works when i wake up from a 2 hour nap.

okay so from past posts i have PMDD, i have a psych appointment the 18th. on 80mg Strattera
i'm debating asking him to switch me to wellbutrin, solely on the fact that strattera makes me CRASH LIKE CRAZY around 2-4pm. he wanted to put me on wellbutrin in the first place but i fought it
what is your experience between the two?
mostly struggling with negative inner monologue and a bit of rage, but it has helped my executive function, or i'm feeling a placebo.
