Hi everyone, I have a question as I keep hearing mixed reviews.

We’re thinking of buying a property we really like in Tile Hill, in the Clarendon project. It’s south of the train station, about a 6-minute walk away, but people keep telling me it’s a rough area. Others say it might be okay.

I wondered whether anyone has any local knowledge or experience of the area and could share their thoughts? Thank you.
