2005 element with an idle staying at 2100 rpm. When you throw it in drive or reverse it will drop to about 1100-1200.

Parts replaced with OEM Honda parts

-IACV

-throttle body

-pcv valve

-thermal bypass valve (ended up trying a delete as well)

Idle relearn has been done countless times. Can not get this thing to idle properly. Coolant is full no leaks, and no vacuum leaks found. (Tested vacuum leaks with break cleaner listening for changes, found a couple hoses with issues and replaced them already)

Seems like nothing I do will take this thing down. Any insight?
