qualified for this from top box a week ago and i already got an email about making sure to do my tasks before the deadline which is unusual since i get those closer to the end date. also i've seen people in this sub already receive theirs a week or so ago, even before officially qualifying and i wasn't sure if it was just me or it had gotten lost in the mail.

i claimed a conditioner a while ago and received the wrong one, i opened a ticket for it as soon as i got the product and got a response asap, support asked me to confirm my address and they said they will look into it and report back. this was maybe a month ago or longer. i haven’t gotten any follow up emails since and the program is now overdue by a few days. i also did send a follow up email to their last email since they said I could reach out but i’ve heard nothing, should I just review it anyway?
