
Question about tracking info?
I finally got my first big claim and it came really quick, like a week after I claimed it. But the app had no shipping or tracking info on it, and still doesn't and just says they will let me know when it ships?! Thank God I was home to get this when it showed up, and I'm soo happy! But has the lack of shipping or tracking info like this ever happened to anyone else before on claims during and after shipping received? Genuinely confused by this
