Curious if any of your programs were paused did you end up receiving the items, was it canceled, or still waiting?

I’m very new to the app but I try to do the review hunt daily because I’m under the impression that the more I interact, the more likely I am to get a match. I also simply like reviewing things. However, the things it’s giving me to review are things I haven’t and wouldn’t buy. My profile is 99% complete (the other 1% is to link my social media profiles which I’m not comfortable doing) so it knows my interests, hobbies, food preferences, etc. I’ve received nothing but dog food, dog treat, and dog grooming products to review since signing up. I don’t have a dog. I haven’t had a dog in almost 20 years and I won’t be getting one any time soon. My profile clearly states the name, age, and breed of my CAT. I’ve deleted it and re-added it multiple times thinking that may reset things but it hasn’t. Any suggestions on how I can get the dog products to stop showing up so I can review things that are actually applicable to me?

I had opted into a campaign back in January for a mop, it never had a tracking and was never sent. One day it was just gone from my tasks. Today I received the product. Has that happened to anyone else? Did you end up getting the tasks put back onto your dash or no?

Anybody ever moved while they had open claims?

I have items that haven't shipped, now overdue by weeks, and support is all auto replies that I'm not sure they even read the emails. I've said twice now that I'm moving in a few weeks and haven't gotten anything and its the same BS reply of 'it's still shipping, contact us after 3 weeks of getting a ship date'. THERE IS NO SHIP DATE AND I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR IT.

Oh, this is a big ticket item too so guess I'm screwed.
