Anyone else keep a log of all your claims?

I’d started keeping a log once I realized reviews somehow fall off my Influenster account (literally probably only 2/3 still show up on there). Today is the first day I counted up the financial total though and it’s pretty dang cool to think I’ve gotten over $1,200 worth of free products. The majority of my claims have been low cost items, but I’m thankful for them all!

1 week of 15k a day complete! ✔️

Feeling grateful for my body right now and the things it lets me put it through lol. I needed a new challenge to focus on as I injured my shoulder a week and a half ago and can’t lift weights as usual right now. Decided trying for 15k a day would be something l to push for.. and well it’s definitely taken a lot of pushing some days😅. I’d been doing 12k for 10 weeks before this and 10k for a year before that, so the jump isn’t massive… but my legs have been cooked! Mind you I’m also doing extra leg workouts since I can’t train upper body.. so I’m sure that’s contributing. But all that to say, I’m just grateful for my body and that it’s allowing me to move at this level. I’ve had many periods of life where I was not able to and I think that builds new appreciation for when you can!
Not sure how long I’ll stick this out for, but I would love to make it all month!

Tonight’s slop

First off that’s parkay “butter spray” not corn lol.. realized it looked very much like corn at quick glance.
I feel like I only barely restrict these days as I’m constantly between trying to maintain most of my recovery but also struggling with some behaviors due to a difficult period of life right now. Not sure how much I belong in posting in here rather than my typical lurking, but this meal looked rather eh not so pretty, so enjoy!
Rice cake with fake butter
Chicken breast shredded with some green beans and a tbsp of G.Hughes sugar free famous cluckin sauce (legit the best).

Am I delulu or is that the start of a chest split..?

Been noticing a bit of separation there the last couple weeks and while I’ve been feeling a bit self critical lately about not having as much mass as I’d hoped after my last growing season, seeing potentially more definition there has me feeling kinda excited.

After weeks of checking my email with anxiety… it has finally come 😭

I was wishing I’d be one of the lucky ones who doesn’t get the email until late in the year. Only posting because I still see a lot of people asking how they were notified. Nelnet sent me an email that was super obvious and titled “You have 90 days to select a new repayment plan”. Didn’t go to spam and super easy to identify as from Nelnet.

Pull-up Help 🙏🏼

I’ve been struggling to do any pull ups at any wider grip or over hand grip unless I jump up into it. This grip is the only way so far that I’ve been able to do one without a jump at the start. Obviously I’m also a little awkward with my legs. They feel more controlled once I cross them.. but idk if that’s the most productive form or not.
Looking for any feedback on how to improve and be able to master more width on my grip.
I’ll also admit I really don’t practice these consistently enough.. so that may be my downfall.

Is she done for?

I was trying to gently remove the bottom dead leaves on this plant and she accidentally came right out of the dirt with ease.. and much to my surprise no roots! I’ve been growing this for about two years and I mean the plant doesn’t seem dead, the top is more floppy and needs to be against a stand but the bottom is strong.. is it normal for there to be no roots or did I just kill this? I quickly put it back into the soil.

Any benefit to RAP over PAYE if your monthly payment already covers your interest?

I’m trying to be prepared for the upcoming changes post SAVE and make the best decision on which plan to go with. From my understanding, one of the biggest benefits of RAP is the subsidized interest and the security that gives someone. However, if my monthly payment already surpasses my monthly accrued interest, would there be any benefit at all to go with RAP (which would be a higher monthly payment)?
I used a generator that gave me an estimate of RAP being about $70 more a month than PAYE would be.
And yeah I know PAYE only goes two more years.. but just trying to decide what to do for now.

If more details are helpful, my monthly accrued interest right now is about $110.
Estimated RAP payment is $355
Estimated PAYE payment is $286

I’m working towards PSLF however still have about 6 years left and can’t confidently say I’ll be staying in non profit, so I want a plan in place that doesn’t involve my loan growing any more.
