Hi! I’ve never owned enameled cast iron before but I found this at the thrift and decided to purchase it and try it out! However, I would love to properly wash and sanitize it, and would love some advice on how to do so by being thorough but without damaging it. There doesn’t seem to be any cracks in the enamel or the outside, just some staining. Thank you!
