I have the Barista Touch Impress. I’ve noticed that sometimes when I make a milk-based drink, if I set the milk temperature to 55°C for example, and foam level 4, for example, the machine stops heating automatically once it reaches 55°C, and I can see the temperature increasing on the screen normally.

However, sometimes when I use it again, the machine no longer shows the temperature increasing. Instead, a small red square appears on the screen and In many cases, the milk starts boiling and overflowing from the milk jug.

Then, Why does the machine sometimes stop automatically as expected, while other times I have to stop it manually because the milk keeps overheating and overflowing?

Maybe the milk jug is not in the good position ? Can somebody show me the correct position ?
