hello!

i sleep on a mattress placed on the floor and fold it during the day. i don’t have the option to put pallets or anything too solid bc again i have to fold it. i just wanted to ask if there’s anything i can place underneath to help absorb the heat from the floor? maybe some kind of breathable mat or something

more context: i live in southeast asia and it’s been soooo hot here so my bed gets hot at night. there is no ac in room, just a fan and big windows that i leave open at night for air. mold and mildew isn’t a problem as it is very dry here. thanks in advanced for the help mattress mateys 😁
