not sure if this is the right tag but here’s my all natural hair! 🫶🏻 i think i’m just blessed genetically but i do try to take care of it well. my routine is very simple:

-oil my ends twice a day (in the morning and night) -scalp massage once a week

these pictures are 2 years apart and my routine is very simple that i have been consistently doing for the past 2 years

-rosemary scalp treatment before the shower twice a week
-oil ends twice daily day and night
-taking iron + biotin pills

consistently is key!
